In order to feature on the Hysteria Afterburner MixTapes Artist must consent to the use of photograph, recordings, of their voice and name for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. This is not a recording contract with NOSR but an agreement allowing the dBHeard Publishing Group to publish the songs released on our mixtapes. Said photographs and/or recordings may be used singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings. Entries must be the newly-created original work of entrant, must not infringe upon third party rights, nor previously have won awards, been published, distributed or exploited. Special note: NOSR will not release MixTapes of music of SoundClick or FREE Beat Producers without proper clearance.
